After Tropical Cyclone Seroja damaged their existing shearing shed beyond repair, Jessica Hortsman and her family took the opportunity to replace the damaged shed with a shearing shed combined with a workshop.
The biggest challenge was building a much larger shed than the shed that was being replaced, resulting in the new shed having to be orientated down the side of a rocky hill with a height change of 2.5m. AUSPAN engaged the services of a surveyor to assist in working out the height changes and the location of exiting buildings and stock yards.
AUSPAN was able to work with Jessica and her preferred fit out supplier on the design of a new multi-level and multi-purpose shed.
We had a lot of damage, so I dealt with a lot of contractors and builders in the last two years and AUSPAN were some of the best.
