12 December 2023
Hey everyone, and welcome to the AUSPAN Ag Inform for December.
For many of you harvest is now a thing of the past and if you haven’t already headed off on holidays, they’re probably not far away! Speaking of holidays, the final day of the working year here at AUSPAN is Friday the 22nd of December, and we’ll be back on deck on Monday January the 8th, so if you’ve got any questions about sheds, make sure you touch base with us in the next few days.
Being December, some big news for us is that our annual ag survey is now open and accepting responses. By completing the short survey, you automatically go into the running to win one of two Milwaukee Rattle Guns valued at almost $1,000 each.
The survey helps us to understand your needs better so that we can continue to improve our service to you, so we really appreciate you taking a few minutes to provide us with your opinions. Entries close on Friday December 15 and the two winners will receive their new rattle gun the following week, so click the link below and best of luck to all of you!
Okay, it’s time to check out some of your completed sheds for the month of November, and we’re going to kick off in Esperance and this awesome 60 x 30 x 7m lean-to shed.
Next up and we’re heading 5 hours north west to Narembeen and this even larger 64 x 30 x 7.5m hay shed.
We’ll continue heading northwest for another couple of hours and here we are in Dowerin and this 33 x 16 x 6.66 tunnel shed.
Staying with Dowerin for the moment, and as many of you will be aware, in 2023 we strengthened our relationship with Dowerin Machinery Field Days by becoming a major sponsor. It’s just been announced that as part of this initiative, in 2024 AUSPAN will be building a new hockey facility for the local community, and a 64 x 24m multipurpose shed, which will be set to transform the northwest corner of the iconic Dowerin Machinery Field Days site. The community is excited, the Machinery Field Days team is excited, and everyone at AUSPAN is excited to see these buildings take shape in the next few months.
I’d just like to finish this final Inform of the year by giving a shout out to some of the AUSPAN team members that work with you around the state on all your shed projects. Let’s start at the top and work down from there. Up in Geraldton at our newest location we’ve got our Project Manager Ali Lucev. Heading down to our Toodyay office and that’s where you’ll find our experienced agricultural shed sales team member, Neville Wall, or Nev as you probably all know him.
If you swing past our Canning Vale premises you might catch another of our Project Managers, Isaac Smith, unless he’s on the road making sure your projects are progressing as they should. Continuing south and to our group HQ & steel factory, located in Gnowangerup. Here you’ll find Dean Imberti, who looks after initial design for all of your sheds, and Dean’s dad Selwyn Imberti who heads up the Project Management team. And last but by no means least, located in our Albany office we’ve got Giles “Big Dog” Dartnall who is also available to assist with any sales enquiries.
Of course, these offices have many other people in them who are all playing their part in delivering WA’s best ag sheds. From design to fabrication, safety and compliance to logistics & installation, customer service and let’s not forget those amazing guys in marketing, although maybe I’m a bit biased on that last one!
So that’s it for the final Ag Inform for 2023. Wishing you all a safe holiday and a happy new year, and we look forward to catching up with you again in 2024!
