Hey everyone, and welcome to the AUSPAN Ag Inform for November.
We’ve finished the last of the major field days for the year, harvest is finishing up in some northern parts of the state and in full swing further south!
Last week we sent an email to all of you regarding the current market value of sheds for insurance purposes. If you missed the email, this is information that has recently been requested by an increasing number of our clients, so we thought you might appreciate us going through our data and working out an approximate change in cost over both a one and three-year time frame. You can then take this information into consideration when adjusting your insurance coverage.
Moving forward, we will aim to get this information to you in October each year, as we know that this is when many of you start the budgeting process.
We love a good shedwarming, although at the grand opening of a build we recently completed, even though there was plenty to celebrate, we must admit there were a few long faces in the crowd.
But that was fine because the shed was an equestrian arena, and the long faces belonged to Artaius and his fellow neigh-bours. We can’t wait to add the upcoming interview with owner Anna Latto to our stable of case studies, so make sure you keep an eye out for that one.
Ok, now let's check out some completed sheds from the month of October.
We’re going to start this month’s shed journey at the home of AUSPAN, and where many of the AUSPAN team are looking forward to heading to for our end of year celebrations next month, and that’s Gnowangerup, and this 32 x 15 x 4.5M shearing shed.
If you head north of Gnowangerup for just over an hour, you’ll find North Kukerin and this 32 x 18 x 6.65M fodder shed, and if I’m not mistaken, this is the first fodder shed we’ve featured in this year’s Informs.
And we’re almost getting our feet wet with this last one, as we head 3 hours towards the coast to Pinjarra and this 40 x 21 x 6M hay shed.
We just wanted to give everyone a heads up that in next month’s Inform we’ll be launching our annual Ag survey, which will give two lucky people the chance to win some awesome prizes. The purpose of this survey is to help shape AUSPAN to best look after you and your requirements in the future. We had more feedback from last year’s survey than ever before, and we’re looking forward to taking this to the next level this year. Make sure you keep a look out in early-December!
So that’s it for the penultimate Ag Inform for 2023. Wishing you all the best for harvest and we’ll be back in touch next month for the final time for 2023.
