CLIENT BRIEF

We need a new workshop for our earthmoving/logistics business - it will need large wide opening doors, mezzanine floor for storage and a future office area. We would also like to incorporate some external awning/shade area to protect the door ways and provide extra cover.

CHALLENGES

Other than some initial issues with the council approval process the construction went smoothly.

AUSPAN worked with Murray from Earthex to come up with a solution to cover all aspects of the requirements for the building. Mezzanine storage and wide door openings were simply done as was the AUSPAN cantilever canopies incorporated into the end design.
