Ben and Lorna Hay wanted to build the ultimate plumbers shed along with a two story houseincluding a balcony. Both buildings needed to look the same and have an eight metre canopy.

CHALLENGES

Providing the buildings within the tight time frames required to meet the client’s deadlines
involved careful project management to deliver on time and to AUSPAN’s leading quality
standards.

canopies and mezzanine areas including detailed design concept drawings for their new
buildings.

Mezzanine floor/balcony structure to facilitate the internal fit out of the living areas.
