This client approached us to plan and deliver a cost effective solution for this 2150 m2 workshop and office facility near Mandurah. AUSPAN offered a complete, move in ready, turnkey solution which included all structural, civil, services and fitout works.
This project was delivered during an historically challenging period for Western Australia, and the construction industry. The Covid-19 pandemic contributed to unprecedented building material shortages along with an increasingly depleted pool of skilled labour, which created an immense challenge keeping the project on schedule.
At every turn Auspan aimed to leverage it's superior, manufacturer direct, supply chains and commercial relationships to ensure schedule setbacks were minimised.
