As the leading importer and distributor for TATRA Trucks in Australia, Offroad Trucks Australia work with their clients to design and build heavy-duty off-road vehicles for a wide range of applications.
Due to its continuous expansion over the previous 20 years, Offroad Trucks was running its operations across three buildings in three areas of Perth. This presented several issues so it was quite apparent that consolidating all the operations under one roof would provide for much greater efficiencies.
The AUSPAN team worked with Offroad Trucks to design and construct a single building that encompassed a warehouse, workshop, and office space. And in an AUSPAN first, the building also had a purpose-built gym!
