CLIENT BRIEF

Established in 1974, CJD Equipment is a privately owned Australian company specialising in the nationwide distribution of construction equipment and trucks. Their product lineup features globally recognised brands, including Volvo, Kenworth, DAF, Isuzu, and Fuso. With a comprehensive network of dealers and service centres, CJD Equipment provides support across Australia, from major capital cities to regional towns and mining hubs.

CHALLENGES

CJD were outsourcing much of their pre-delivery and they needed to bring this in-house due to the significant growth being experienced by the company.
