TWO BOAT BUILDING WORKSHOPS IN GERALDTON

Dongara Marine’s twin boat-building workshops on the Geraldton Fishing Boat Harbour are progressing well and on schedule.

With all inground services in place, and the concrete works largely complete, the installation of the 110Tonne, 17m tall structural steel frame is well underway. Preparation for the roof and wall cladding has begun, with installation teams booked in and ready to arrive on site in the coming days.

PEEL BUSINESS PARK WORKSHOP

Our ongoing project in the new Peel Business Park is taking shape. With all 37 concrete tilt panels, and 60Tonne galvanised structural steel frame in place, the roof and wall cladding is well underway, as is the internal office wall framing, HVAC ducting and window installation.

Once complete, this new development will become the new place of business for a well-established engine refurbishment business.

GERALDTON AMATEUR BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION

We’ve broken ground in Wonthella! Footings have been excavated and poured, while preparations are well underway to place the 3,000m2 concrete slab early next month.

Positioned directly beside an existing indoor basketball stadium, this impressively designed, 30m clear span facility will become the highly anticipated new home for the local amateur basketball association.

NEW AUSPAN HEAD OFFICE & FACTORY

Over the last few weeks, 41 Quinn Street Gnowangerup has become a hive of activity. With bulk earthworks complete and inground services in place, the concrete team have arrived on site and begun setting up for the footings, 3,500m2 concrete slab and concrete tilt panels.

This bespoke 3,000m2 fabrication workshop with adjoining 500m2 office will become the new Auspan head office and structural steel production facility once complete late this year.
