Hi everyone and welcome to the second edition of the AUSPAN Commercial Inform for 2023. 

It’s been a big three months for AUSPAN’s commercial division, and this trend only looks to continue as the year progresses and the construction of your projects move through their various phases. So let’s take a look at some of your projects that are currently in development.

3,250M2 WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE IN HIGH WYCOMBE

First up we’re going to take a look at this animation for a project we’re building for the team at TFM Express in High Wycombe. With over 3000m2 of warehouse floor area, and more than 250m2 of office space, this is a complete turnkey design and construct package, and has seen AUSPAN demolish an old existing property, and take care of extensive earthworks, office fit out, and landscaping.

750M2 FACTORY IN KARRATHA

Heading further north now and we’re also working with Baru Group in Karratha on this 750m2 factory which has been a logistical dream, with all of the transport, materials and labour working in perfect symmetry. Buildings in this part of the state need to be designed to resist a Category 5 cyclone, and are therefore subject to Wind Region D regulations, which means they have an Ultimate Design Wind speed of 316.8km/h.

1,850M2 WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE IN ROCKINGHAM

For our next project we’re going to head back to the city and down to Rockingham. This is the warehouse and office for Cable Jointing that we mentioned in January’s Inform. Well, we are pleased to say that we have now broken ground on this development. It’s 1,085m2 of warehouse floor, 183m2 of mezzanine, and 584m2 of two storey offices.

AUSPAN ROOF LIFT FOR JANDAKOT BUS DEPOT

And last, but definitely by no means least, we’d love you to check out our latest video case study which can be found below. This will form part of the new Jandakot Bus Depot and is a project we’ve been working on for the Public Transport Authority with our partners Swan Group. One of the main reasons Swan Group chose AUSPAN was because of our extensive experience with the roof lift system that you can see being employed here. Employing this process instead of a more standard approach ensures a higher degree of safety, as less time is required at height.
