“Authium” Factory & offices at Bibra Lake

Work is continuing this 4000m2 factory + 500m2 office project in Perth’s southern suburbs.

The internals are now nearing completion. All grano, wet area plumbing, electricals, stormwater, glazing, HVAC, tiling, cabinetry, painting & partitioning finalized. The factory mechanicals fit-out is progressing well & external paving, fencing & landscaping have all commenced.

Our Eastern States client is looking forward to moving into their shiny new purpose built “design & constructed” WA premises soon.

This project included extensive site works incorporated into the structure’s engineering design to achieve an economical solution for our client.

A full overview of the completed works will be published in the coming months.

“Cleanaway” Container Recycling Buildings & Yard Works at Picton

Work is nearly complete & the project ready for handover at Cleanaway’s Picton premises.

The project consisted of 2 steel framed & steel clad buildings including fire pumps, tanks, hydrants, hose reels, brigade alarms, civils, pits, bunded floors, electricals, plumbing, extensive stormwater & firewater containment solutions. All designed by our in-house team.

The design also included some safety solutions by our design team in collaboration with Western Power. The building is in close proximity to 2 separate runs of adjacent high-tension wiring.
