NEW WORKSHOP FOR BELLS ENGINES

It’s a wrap at Lot 34 Dollyup Street, Nambeelup! May and June saw the final finishing touches put on this impressive industrial workshop and office building, that will soon become home to Bells Engines, Western Australia’s premier engine remanufactures and reconditioners. AUSPAN was thrilled to be awarded this project last year, and throughout a challenging period for the states building industry, we were determined to deliver a finished product that our client was proud of, and also showcases AUSPAN’s unwavering commitment to quality.

EAST ROCKINGHAM WASTE TO ENERGY

We are currently working with ACCIONA to provide a 6000 m2 steel framed building as part of the EAST ROCKINGHAM WASTE TO ENERGY plant they are constructing.

Our contract works include:

• • • • Structural engineering of the Bottom Ash Building.
      • Concrete tilt panel walls.
      • Structural steel framework.
      • Cladding.
      • Ventilation.
      • Labour & installation of substantial mechanical structures within.
      • Rigorous Safety standards & procedures of the site.
        
        Work is well underway and looking quite impressive.
        
        

PROGRESS IN GERALDTON

We are on the home stretch for 2x projects in Geraldton! Our design and construct boat building facility for the highly regarded custom boat builder Dongara Marine, is in the closing stages with both the 1150m2 workshop buildings closed in and complete, the external paving areas are prepped and ready to receive pavers in the coming weeks.

This imposing development has already made a significant statement in the area, a statement which exemplifies Auspan’s ability to design and construct one of kind solutions for our clients.

Over the last few weeks our basketball stadium project in Wonthella has seen all 41 concrete tilt panels installed, along with the 60 tonne structural steel frame. The cladding team is now primed and ready to hit site on the 4th of July to begin closing in this impressive structure.
