CLIENT BRIEF

The client required a large upper class building to house 40 horse boxes, feed & tack rooms, wash rooms, veterinary rooms, function rooms, kichen area and offices.

CHALLENGES

The stormwater system proved to be a challenge to cope with the large amount of water run off the roof area running into a centre gutter. A custom designed tapered box gutter system was implemented and works very well.

AUSPAN SOLUTIONS

In liaison with the client AUSPAN designed & delivered a double gabled solution that housed all the requirements in one dedicated building. The result was a whopping 3750m2 fully insulated custom designed equestrian facility.

FEATURES

Extra large 10m bays allowed for 2 large stables to be constructed in each bay
Custom end bays and a mezzanine floor were installed to accommodate feed rooms, tack rooms, veterinary rooms, wash room, function rooms, kitchen area, offices

A skillion was installed as a cost effective undercover riding area
